The Ambassador of Lithuania presented his credentials

On February 27, 2023, acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania Gintautas Vasiulis. During the meeting, the parties confirmed mutual readiness to intensify Uzbekistan-Lithuanian relations, discussed proposals to develop cooperation in various fields, and exchanged views on the interaction of the two countries within the framework of regional and international organizations.
