‘Young Inventor’ Contest Ends in Town, Jury Awards Winners
30.04.2008 08:54 Tashkent hosted the final stage of the Republican show contest “Young inventor” among the schoolchildren, the Uzbekistan National News Agency Russian-language website reported.
Ministry of Public Education, Republican Center for Schoolchildren’s Creativity, Tashkent University of Information Technologies, Kamalak Children’s Organization of Kamolot Youth Movement and State License Agency of Uzbekistan are reported to have organized the contest. For instance, the jury highly assessed the globe for blinds invented by Dilshoda Suyunova, the seventh grader at the School No. 49 of Pastdargam District in Samarkand Province, as well as the economic and effective freight cars for transporting the construction materials by Doston Yuldashev, the eighths grader at the School No. 14 of Samarkand. Also, the jury found other works by talented schoolchildren to be worth awarding for their urgency and significance for possible use in one economic sphere or another, according to the report.
