From February 21 until February 23 this year the Third International Exhibition “Education and career” will be held at the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, the Narodnoye slovo newspaper reported.

The Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of Uzbekistan, the “SSP-Expocontact” unitary enterprise at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry are organizing the event.

“The goal of the exhibition is to attract the public interest to professional education, inform the youth about the opportunities of gaining high and secondary special professional education in Uzbekistan and other countries,” – the Head manager of the “SSP-Expocontact” Nodir Yuldashev has said. “In particular, the last achievements in the industry of education: the technical tools of studying, training and methodical literature on computer systems and programs, school furniture and equipments will be demonstrated in it”.

The exhibition will give a unique opportunity for the young people to acquire full information on educational establishments, learn about the conditions of attending, and choose the future profession. The higher educational institutions, establishments of secondary professional education, study centers for children, international organizations, institutes for raising the qualification, study and job agencies.

Last year 118 educational institutions and organizations on education were presented in this exhibition and number of visitors made up the record number – about 18,000 people. 156 educational institutions and organizations are going to take part in the forthcoming exhibition.

This year besides the local universities and institutes, the Tyumen and Astrakhan state universities, Baltic Academy of Latvia, the State Medical University of the Ukraine, as well as higher educational institutions of Kyrgyzstan are expected to participate in the event.
