Last year, more than 10 joint ventures were created in Fergana region. Recently, Uzbek-South Korean joint enterprise Korea Hana Medical was commissioned.

The venture was set up in the framework of the territorial investment program and is equipped with modern technologies that allow producing high quality medical products from cotton fiber.

The company has a capacity of processing 700 tons of cotton fiber per year. More than 50 people were employed at the new enterprise.
